Andrew Dodd BSc. (Hons) MSc. MCIOB
Director
Andrew has vast experience in the Construction Industry having started in the grass roots of the industry serving an Apprenticeship in Bricklaying, where he won awards for his capabilities in this trade.
Since these early days he went on to study various construction related degrees before moving into the role of Project Manager for a large Multi-National Contractor.
Andrew has experience working on a broad variety of projects in both the Commercial & Domestic sectors from small one off developments to much larger projects. Examples include working as Project Manager for the Principle Contractor on multi-million pound projects including the Eccles Gateway and the Broughton Hub in Salford.
On a smaller scale he has completed projects including new Housing developments, Farm house conversions, House refurbishments, Garage Conversions, Major Structural alterations and much more.
Joiner
Gareth McCloud
Apprentice Joiner
Gareth commenced working for the company as a General Operative before being taken on as an Apprentice Joiner. He has now completed his apprenticehsip and achieved his NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Site Joinery.
He is a valued member of the team and has gained experience on a range of projects from House Refurbishments to a mulitude of conversions to new dwellings and retail projects.
